The money goes back same day, no questions, no maze, no phone call to beg at. We say it loud because we would not sell it if we did not stand behind it.

Refund Policy

30 days from purchase, any reason, no explanation needed.
One email: support@thepeoplesagent.org, subject: refund, include the email address you bought with.
Processed the same business day. Card shows it in 5 to 10 days, that part is your bank.
Refund ends access to /inside and the Help Desk. Printables you keep.
Help Desk ($9/mo): cancel anytime, reply stop to any email, or one click in your Stripe receipt. No guilt sequences.
After 30 days we still answer email like humans. We just are not obligated to the refund. Most people find they never need it.

Privacy

Plain version, no wall of legal:

What we collect: your email address for lessons and receipts. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your email. We do not give it to advertisers. Ever.
Payment data goes to Stripe, we never see or store your card number.
We do not ask you to paste anything personal into anything we build. Our lessons teach you to keep Social Security numbers, card numbers, and codes OUT of every AI tool, that includes ours.
Marketing emails stop with one click: unsubscribe, done. No "are you sure" gauntlet.
Questions about your data: email us, a human answers within 2 business days.

Buy our course, use it, refund it if it is not right. The details:

Digital product, delivered by email and web access.
The Help Desk teaches how to use tools. It is not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Our lessons teach you how to prepare questions, always verify with licensed professionals.
No outcome promises. We say this everywhere on purpose: we teach the tools, we do not promise money, jobs, debt results, or anything a lawyer or lender decides.
Our lessons name free tools from other companies (Meta, xAI, OpenAI, and others) for identification only. We are not affiliated and they do not endorse us.
Refunds per the policy above. Outside of that, purchases are yours to keep.
